
Hero Shrew
Inspiration
The Hero Shrew is a mammal that resides in Africa and was discovered to be the only living mammal in the world with a "Super Spine." This small, mole-like animal has the only interlocking spine in the world and can bear a huge amount of weight on its back. This evolution of its unusual and remarkably strong spine is unknown. Local tribes in Africa respect and honor the Shrew, which is also believed to have magical powers, giving courage and protection from injuries during battle.

Pilates

When performing all of these movements you will be able to stimulate all of the major muscle groups in your body. Adding body weight,free weights, resistance bands, suspension trainer and other equipment will not only improve all of the above but will aid muscular strength, body structure, body composition, balance and muscular strength/flexibilty-"Total Fitness"!
